This document explains what data we collect through the Ryszard.ai closed beta form, why, and how long we keep it.
Data controller
The data controller is Kamil Duszyński, SoftwareLab. For anything about your personal data, write to hello@ryszard.ai.
What we collect
Your first name, email address, country and preferred language, plus your answers about your Home Assistant, the number of rooms and devices, the hardware you have, your biggest problem with voice control and the paid option you are interested in.
We don't ask for your address or details of your home's security.
Why
Only to qualify your home for the closed beta, to contact you about it and to tell you about the paid version's terms if you ask us to. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long
Until the closed beta ends or you withdraw your consent — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time and ask to access, correct or delete your data. A message to hello@ryszard.ai is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Cookies
The site uses one technical cookie that remembers the language you chose. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
